I didn't receive an email with my activation codes
An email is sent out automatically when you purchase. Please check your junk mail first to make sure we didn’t end up in there. If there’s no email, you can log into your account at https://sosmusictools.com/my-account/ and access all of your activation codes there.
The code won't work in iLok
Different manufacturers have different methods of activating your software. Some require you to paste the code into your iLok account, others request that you create an account with them in order to receive your license. If unsure, click on the link in the email that takes you to the manufacturer support page for activation details.
